What I'll have to pay for a design Digitizing?
Our minimum design charges are USD $ 8.00. Maximum Design Charges are USD $ 80.00. We charge USD$ 2.00 per thousand stitches for standard turnaround within 12 to 24 hours. For rush delivery, (within few hours) is total FREE..

Normal editing (less than 30% of design stitches change) are FREE OF COST. Above 30% of design stitches change or addition / subtraction in design (apart from provided image) are charged USD $ 15.00 per Design.


What type of image can I send for digitizing?
The designs images can be sent as VECTOR images like Corel Draw (CDR) or Adobe (EPS) which are best, you can also send JPEG, WMF, EMF, BMP, GIF, TIF, AI, *.fh*(free hand format). The images should be clear and bold with colors well marked and in good condition to process with digitizing. Clear artwork will allow us to give a precision to the design. Therefore, we prefer that the size of image should be big enough to show detail, but small enough to be manage in a portfolio. You can also find the guidance on our Image guideline page.


Is there a way to find out what my design will cost and design before my final order?
Yes... we have a free quote form to provide you with the exact cost before you confirm the order. You can fill out the form and attach the design image within the form and we will send you an actual digitized image of your design along with the cost for your approval and an order I.D. which will help you place a confirm order.

How will I get my design?
Once we receive your order and payment confirmation the design will be send through email attachment to your email address ( provided by you in the order form ) in your requested format. We can send you designs only in DOS supported formats. Most common is Tajima format. In case you need your design(s) other than DOS supported format Please specify in special instructions box of our order form.

What format of finished design you can provide?

Digitized design send back by email attachment.
Design formats are available in EMB .DST .EXP .DST DSB .KSM .SEW .JEF .PES .PCS .CSD ect.

What is the design's turnaround time?

Our Normal turnaround time is within 10-18 hours of your confirm order.
If you have urgency order we can do fast without any additional rush charge.
